Textile And The Body: Malaysian Perspectives

The textile forum will be focusing on the Male Body and Masculinity.
Four panelists have been selected to talk from traditional to
contemporary and popular clothing in Malaysia.
This forum is part of KL Fringe’s MY World Dance Day Celebration.
- Salikin Sidek, a well-known custom-made costume designer
- Calvin Thoo, a famous fashion designer
- Reza Zainal Abidin a well-known actor-director-educator
- Cedric Tan a distinguished Baba.
The session will be chaired by Dr. Zulkifli Mohamad, a Fulbright scholar
